The cancellation and refund policy governs the services provided by Mentor Me Good, URL https://mentormegood.com (the “Website”). This site is owned and operated by Mentor Me Good LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”).
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booked and paid-for coaching session can be made at least 24 hours prior to the date of the coaching session. Cancellation requests must be made by sending an email to [email protected] and specify the date and time of the scheduled coaching session, the Coach’s name, and the reason for the cancellation. Once a coaching session has started, the session cannot be canceled and no refund will be made for the session.
For Interview Accelerator (PM or TPM) and Career Accelerator (PM or TPM), we provide a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service after week 1, you can request a full refund. No refund will be issued after the start of the second week.
For offline services such as STAR story review, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. No refund will be issued after 24 hours.
