Swetha Ranganath is an Amazon Senior Product Manager with experience working in product teams across the globe. She is currently working on Alexa and recently helped release a language understanding dataset that will allow 51 new languages to be used with the product. Before joining Amazon, she was a Senior Global PM at Schneider Electric, building the Global Offer roadmap and managing regional adaptations for On-Demand Offers. Swetha has also worked as a Senior Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover.

Swetha started off her strong educational background at the Ramaiah Institute of Technology, where she received her Bachelor’s in Instrumentation Technology. After completing that, she went on to Sheffield Hallam University for her Master’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering. She also completed the Strategic Management Graduate Program at Harvard University.

According to those who have had to opportunity to work alongside Swetha, she is extremely passionate and thorough in all she does. She jumps into projects with speed and efficiency, quickly solving problems while dealing with tough stakeholders. She has proven herself a strong asset to many teams by rising to the challenges before her.
